Eric has been living full-time in Costa Rica for 20+ years and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Eric has two daughters who were both born here in Costa Rica and are multilingual. He has experience and connections with the municipality, government agencies, and many professional services to make your property purchase as smooth as possible.
Eric has legal residency as well as permission to work. Eric a certified member of the Costa Rican Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States.

There are many activities in the area, including surfing, kayaking, sport fishing, ATV tours, canopy tours, national parks, and of course, the many beautiful beaches the Gold Coast offers.
